COASTAL SOUL RETURN POLICY
Here at Coastal Soul, we want your order to be perfect. We will courteously accept your returns up to 30 days, if you are not content with the item, it doesn’t fit, whatever the reason, given that we receive an email from you within 5 days of receipt.

We want to be sure that before you ship, if you are exchanging it for another size, that we do have the right size in stock. If not, we may be able to show you an alternative design or make another arrangement. In any case, we need to hear from you via email before you ship the returned merchandise. Please contact coastalsoulbrand@gmail.com with the details.

Your item will be exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:
You communicated with us within 5 days of receipt.
The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn or washed, and with tags intact.
A copy of the original sales receipt is included.

We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. If you are exchanging an item for another one, and add an additional purchase, we will ship back to you for free!

Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your packages.

Accessories such as: decals, hats, and can coozies are not returnable.
