DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

We absolutely do!  Gift cards can be ordered off of the site and used for online purchases or at local pop-up events that we vend at. Once ordered, you will receive a virtual gift card through your email. Order one for you or as a special gift, here

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Here at Coastal Soul, we want your order to be perfect. We will courteously accept your returns up to 30 days, if you are not content with the item, it doesn’t fit, whatever the reason, given that we receive an email from you within 5 days of receipt.


We want to be sure that before you ship, if you are exchanging it for another size, that we do have the right size in stock. If not, we may be able to show you an alternative design or make another arrangement. In any case, we need to hear from you via email before you ship the returned merchandise.  Please contact coastalsoulbrand@gmail.com with the details.

Your item will be exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:

  • You communicated with us within 5 days of receipt.

  • The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn or washed, and with tags intact. 

  • A copy of the original sales receipt is included.  


We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping.  If you are exchanging an item for another one, and add an additional purchase, we will ship back to you for free!

Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your packages.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept payments using PayPal, Square, and of course, all major credit cards. (Cash accepted at in-person events only).

DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes!  We would love to work directly with you to work out that design that fits your needs and stays within our vision of Coastal Soul.  We can work together to build your design, the medium for it - coozies, hats, shirts or stickers and more as well as price out options for sizes and quantities.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Processing Times: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Being human, we aren't perfect, but we will get your Coastal Soul gear to you as soon as we can!


Shipping: We ship both domestically and to most international locations. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us on the Gulf Coast, you will get your order faster than if you live in Alaska. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer. Shipping cost varies by location, and prices are directly calculated from the USPS website, based on the amount/ weight of your items. All domestic (US) orders over $75 qualify for free first-class shipping and will be adjusted at checkout. For your convenience, we offer several different options for shipping based on your needs.
